The so-called break-in period of a hydraulic hammer refers to a break-in period of about 60 hours (also known as a run-in period) after the hydraulic hammer leaves the factory. The so-called break-in period of a hydraulic hammer refers to a break-in period of about 60 hours (also known as a run-in period) after the hydraulic hammer leaves the factory. The reason why the breaking hammer has a run-in period is specified by the manufacturer based on the technical characteristics of the hydraulic breaking hammer during its initial use. The existence of the running-in period is to reduce the failure rate, and the reasonable use of the breaking hammer during the running-in period is an important link to extend its service life.

Do not treat the hammer as if it has a warranty period, allowing it to work under load! In this special period, we must do well in these use techniques, which can not only improve the efficiency of our later use of the crushing hammer, but also extend its life.

Equip experienced operators to operate and maintain the equipment according to the equipment instructions.

2. Pay attention to inspection and prepare for a rainy day, so as to prevent accidents before they occur. Regularly check the quality of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and coolant, and pay attention to checking the sealing performance of the entire machine.

During the running-in period, it is recommended to add lubricating grease to the lubrication points every shift (except for special requirements).

Do two things well to smoothly pass the running-in period. The end of the running-in period does not mean the end of maintenance and inspection. Pay attention to the replacement of oil during daily use.

However, based on the current usage of many people, some users of large crushing hammers do not pay special attention to the special technical requirements required during the running-in period of new machinery due to their lack of basic usage knowledge. As a result, their crushing hammers are kept in an overloaded state for a long time, resulting in a short service life and low efficiency of the crushing hammers. Obstacles have emerged early on, affecting the entire project process.
